I’ve always found it difficult to describe myself because I’m always evolving and a product of many influences.
I refer to myself as a Deliberate amateur because I’m always trying something new. I’m a chartered accountant, who’s currently a multi-award-winning journalist and a communications professional. Yeah, I went from crunching numbers to weaving narratives.
As a multi-award-winning journalist, I’ve worked and spoken extensively with over 200 founders and CEOs, regulators and investors focused on innovation in Nigeria and Africa, covering their activities and providing millions of readers with insightful information to make better decisions.
You can read some articles written by me here.
I like finance, business, design, storytelling, history, psychology, economics, art and technology. I’m fascinated by life, people and the process of doing things with great detail.
I’m curious about a lot and usually learn multiple things at a time. I’m barely average at a lot of them, but it’s part of the process.
I also like to play soccer, watch a couple of TV shows and a lot of YouTube videos.
I’m often involved in a couple of projects.
This is my personal blog, where I talk about how I see the world, what happens in my world or the world at large and what I’m learning. I hope you’ll join the conversation.
